The Skamonics have two gigs in the next couple of weeks.
On Saturday March 24th we play at the Oval Tavern in Croydon. You can
find out more about the pub at
http://www.beerintheevening.com/pubs/s/14/14910/Oval_Tavern/Croydon
and it has a particularly uninformative myspace page at
www.myspace.com/theovaltavern.
Our gig is not listed there (yet), but that is because it has been
fixed up at short notice. We will have a special guest Dan Shave on
trumpet.
On Friday March 30th we return to Ginglik, the club in an old toilet
underneath Shepherds Bush Green.

We had a really good time when we played there last time, and the
sound is terrific. This may become a regular Skamonics gig. And the
very talented Jake Painter of the Full Fat Horns
http://www.thefullfathorns.co.uk/ will be joining us on trumpet.
You can also now hear our new demo tunes at our myspace site
(www.myspace.com/skamonics). There's the three new studio recordings
that we did before Christmas and a live version of Work Song.
