We were very happy to help re-open a pub – the George and Dragon – in the very pretty village of Hurstbourne Tarrant, near Andover on Saturday.

This was perhaps our most unusual support act – the local MP declaring the pub reopened and pulling the first pint of the evening.
The village also boasts a brewery, and one task for the evening was to chose which of two ales would become the official village ale.
Frank and Chris enthusiastically joined the judging.

The gig was in a marquee in the pub car park.

Gravel made a slightly odd dance floor, but that did not inhibit guests from dancing.
And this was the view from just across the road as the sun set, with some perhaps over enthusiastic photoshop.
